Plants are perishable items, needing watering and care from the moment of receipt through the growing season. The Grounded Gardener promises to deliver quality, healthy plants and will warranty all plants under normal conditions. Plants damaged from pests, animals, frost, snow, wind or other damaging weather conditions are not covered by the Grounded Gardener Return Policy and Plant Warranty. Both planted and unplanted plant material that are damaged from lack of proper care will not be covered by The Grounded Gardener Return Policy and Plant Warranty.

Orders and delivery will only be accepted for the Denver metro area at this time. Should you live outside of this area, feel free to email us at info@thegroundedgardener.com to see if special arrangements may be made to assist you. Orders are primarily delivered in waves each weekend and during the week based on scheduling factors. Orders placed by Tuesday will be delivered that weekend. Orders received after Tuesday may not be delivered until the following weekend, based on stock availability.

The Grounded Gardener launched online plant order and home delivery in 2020 specifically to serve the community during this time of social-distancing and extra precaution designed to mitigate the ongoing spread of COVID-19. As a part of the agriculture industry, the services and products available through The Grounded Gardener are considered essential business. In 2021, The Grounded Gardener continues to prioritize human safety first and foremost by practicing social-distancing and recommended hygiene protocols rigorously, with minimal human interaction through its ordering and delivery practices. In return, The Grounded Gardener asks that customers please support these practices when receiving goods and services by maintaining social-distancing and hygiene protocols recommended by local and national authorities.
